Cllr Gilbert advised that some hedging plants had been planted by a resident behind The Glebe.  The front row is out of alignment with the current hedging.  The hedge is owned by the landowner and cut by the Parish Council.  If left in its present position, the hedge would encroach the footpath. Proposed by Cllr Cook and seconded by Cllr Hawke (agreed by all) to contact the resident to ask that the front row of plants (nearest the footpath) is removed and re-sited behind the second row within 21 days, otherwise the matter will be left with the landowner.  It was noted that the landowner is aware.
