Up to date Proposed Landscape Plan 104 E, Lodge details 103 C, Design and Access Statement B- 22/09/25
Amended Site Layout plan (site/floor levels) PL/A1/102 E - 02/10/25 Amended BNG metric - 26/09/25
Updated ecology appraisal - 19/09/25
The amendments to planning application WL/2025/00100 was discussed. It was agreed and RESOLVED to object to the amended planning application and comment the following.
Sturton by Stow Parish Council has reviewed the most recent amendments of planning application WL/2025/00100- The Willows, 22B Saxilby Road. Although mitigation to reduce the impermeable area is appreciated Sturton by Stow Parish Council sustains objections as previously stated due to continued concerns of surface drainage exacerbating local flooding. It is unclear on the plans where the surface drainage outfalls to and travels to thereafter and we would strongly suggest the planning authority makes the applicant's proposed ditch management and maintenance plan for surface water drainage (104 REV A Landscape for Drainage) a condition of planning permission.
Planning Application: WL/2025/01024 Location: Hawthorn House, 2A Ashfield - Planning application for Proposed single storey rear and side extension including a garage
The planning application was discussed. It agreed and RESOLVED to submit a general observation of no objection to this planning application.
The meeting closed at 8.00pm.
